Submit An Event
Submitting EVENTS
We suggest you create an Organization Profile first. This will save you time when posting events because some repetitive fields will be autofilled.
- Events should not include Auditions, Calls for Artists, Classes or Workshops. Those listings should be listed in the Classified section of Arts Tampa Bay where they will be more easily seen. Please click here to Submit a Classified listing.
- Event Images: Multiple images may be uploaded along with your event listing. Please make sure the Primary Image is the one that you want displayed with the title of the event. (Events without images can get posted, but not featured.) Images must be in .JPG format ONLY, and no larger than 1 megabyte. Once received, your image will be formatted for display. If you are encountering problems, please email us at info@tampaarts.org
- Video: Are you interested in submitting a video to be displayed with your event listing? Videos must be hosted on a site, such as YouTube, and can be no larger than 280w x 255h. More info.
- All events will be reviewed and, if accepted, posted within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday). Arts Tampa Bay reserves the right to revise, reject or cancel, in whole or in part, any listing for any reason. Please contact the site administrator at info@tampaarts.org if you have questions about these guidelines or the event submission process.
Arts Tampa Bay does not include:
- Invitation/member-only events.
- Events outside of the Tampa Bay region (Sorry, only Hillsborough and Pinellas County events at this time.).
- Virtual events without a designated location.
- Commercial solicitations.
- "Adult" oriented entertainment or salacious content.
