Social Media Bootcamp!
Develop a fun, yet professional, presence on all social media platforms, especially Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook.
Social Media is the backbone of engagement for young teens today, whether a creator, community member, or a social media influencer. Social media is how we “connect” in this modern era. This class will give teachers an overview of the tools needed to produce engagement on their social media in a positive and safe way. This course is designed for all levels of photographers to cultivate their online presence, but is especially helpful for those starting out who would like to launch a social media account and build a social media presence. We also touch on professional social media presence and how it is used for businesses today if that is something they are interested in.
Our instructors also have the ability to alter each of our courses depending on skill level of those taking the class. We would love the opportunity to work with teachers from any grade level to gear their social media knowledge to that grade!
Additionally, there is an event space on the third floor of the museum so that classes will be able to have group discussions about what they have learned. There is also the expansive Curtis Hixon Park right outside of our building. So, if it is desired, you may enjoy the gardens and eat lunch outside or in the cafe on the first floor of the Cube.
