Cancellation Policy

  •  An invoice confirming your order and containing payment instructions will be mailed or emailed to the school contact supplied at the time of reservation.
  •  If you need to make any changes to your reservations, particularly increasing or decreasing the number of tickets, please contact Group Sales at 813.222.1047 or 1016 as soon as possible.
  •  Payment in full must be received 30 days before the date of the performance you are planning to attend or your reservation may be cancelled. Checks or money orders should be made out to Straz Center and mailed to Straz Center, 1010 N. W.C. MacInnes Place, Tampa, FL 33602, Attention: Group Sales. There are no refunds available after final payment is made.
  •  Cancellations must be made a minimum of 30 days before the performance. Schools cancelling a reservation with less than a 30-days notice, will be responsible for 50% of the total balance due indicated on the confirmation invoice.
