The BAY AREA ART SHOW 13 is a juried and judged fine art show sponsored by the Tampa Regional Artists held at the Old Hyde Park Art Center. This is an open competition and all artists are invited to submit their work for consideration. Bay Area exhibit dates are May 5 to May 29, 2020 and the reception will be held on Friday, May 15, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at the Old Hyde Park Art Center.

The JUROR will be R. Lynn Whitelaw, who was the founding Director and Curator of the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art, located on the Tarpon Springs Campus of St. Petersburg College (SPC), and held that position for 17 years. In 1996, Mr. Whitelaw was honored by the Florida Association of Museums (FAM) with an Innovator Award for a nationally recognized partnership program developed with Hillsborough County Public Schools. In September 2015, Mr. Whitelaw was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Association of Museums (FAM) and officially retired on Oct. 30, 2015 after working in the visual arts in the Tampa Bay area since 1975.
TRA Members: $15 for one entry, $25 for two.
Non-members: $20 for one entry, $35 for two.
Membership applications available at gallery or you can join online at www.tamparegionalartists.com/join-tra/. TRA membership is $35 per year. If joining, you may send your membership fee with your entry.

Entries will be accepted as images on a CD in jpeg format (6 x 9 inches) with completed entry form and a SASE envelope for return of judge’s results. Images may also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org (Preferred)
