The Tampa Bay Heralds of Harmony present Encore 2016 at the Palladium theater in St, Petersburg with special guests The Toast of Tampa Show Chorus and quartets Main Street and Windsor. All four performing groups have ranked in the top 10 in International Barbershop Competitions this past year.
