Opening Reception Recognizing Gay Black Pride

Don’t miss “As Black as they were Gay-The Harlem Renaissance” opening exhibition reception at The Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum. One of several stops on this weekends St. Petersburg Second Saturday Art Walk.

Later, guests are invited to convene in the museum’s Legacy Gardens for a “Rent Party” with distinguished gay, Black pillars of our community. There will be live entertainment, desserts and libations.
