Florida Institute for Community Studies (FICS)

We are a soon-to-be 18 year old nonprofit organization that is dedicated to community-building and building stronger neighborhoods, families and economies through research, education, training, services and the arts. We are located out of the Morgan Woods Rec Center, which was closed for 9 years and re-opened as the FICS Multicultural Wellness Center. We also partner with La Estancia Apts and RCMA in Wimauma for Summer4Success programming. Through the Arts Council, we run the All Things Culture Project to link communities to the arts.
