The Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival (TBBHF) is a 10-day celebration of cultural events that feature national and local speakers, musicians, artists, poets and craftspeople. Events begin the week before the national holiday remembering the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and extend to the weekend after.
