Armature Works is a fully restored mixed-use building that breathes new life into the historic Tampa Heights neighborhood. Parking at Armature Works is free Monday – Thursday. On the weekends, we’ve implemented a voucher system. There is a $5 fee to park and you receive a $5 voucher to be used at any of the vendors in Heights Public Market (including Steelbach).
STREET PARKING
On street parking is available on W 7th Ave, W Palm Ave, Oak Ave, Market Street and N Highland Ave. Ride sharing drop off and pick up is available using the following programs – Downtowner, Lyft and Uber.
BIKE RACKS*
Bike racks are currently located next to 220 W 7th building just off the riverwalk at the corner of W 7th Ave and Ola Ave.
COAST BIKE*
There is a Coast Bike share station at Armature Works. The hub is located next to 220 W 7th building just off the riverwalk at the corner of W 7th Ave and Ola Ave.
