Brewery

Our main production brewery is a 15 barrel, steam-fired brewhouse with 90 barrels of fermentation capacity. This allows us to produce our flagship beers, and select seasonal brews to meet local demand. In addition to our main brewery, we have a 1 barrel experimental brewhouse that allows us to brew select beers exclusively for our tasting room.

Tasting Room

The PAW tasting room boasts 16 Taps (more for special events), air conditioned indoor, and outdoor Beer Garden seating, and games like Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and darts. Snacks are available, and local restaurants deliver to your table! Feel free to bring your own lunch or dinner as well.
